You’ve built a life around helping others. This is where we focus on you.

First Responders

You are the calm in the chaos — trained to step into danger, manage unimaginable stress, and carry on like nothing happened. But the truth is, you’re human too. Behind the uniform or badge is someone who’s seen and held a lot — and deserves space to process it all.

With years of experience as a clinician on a Mobile Crisis Team and specialized training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), I understand the unique pressures of this work. I offer a culturally competent, confidential space where you can unpack what you’ve been carrying — whether it's acute stress, chronic burnout, trauma, or personal challenges outside the job.

Culturally Informed Support

This isn’t cookie-cutter therapy. I know the culture of first responders — the gallows humor, the need for control, the resistance to vulnerability. You don’t have to explain the job here. Together, we’ll work at your pace to rebuild clarity, strength, and peace of mind.

Flexible, Focused Care

Whether you're in need of short-term support after a critical incident or looking to do deeper trauma work, therapy is tailored to your needs. I offer both ongoing therapy and EMDR intensives, with scheduling options that fit shift work and unpredictable routines.
