Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of session types and fees. I believe therapy should feel approachable and transparent—no surprises, just support. While I currently operate as a private pay provider, I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and I’m exploring insurance paneling in the near future. If cost is a barrier, please reach out—we’ll talk options.

    Intake + Assessment

All new clients begin with a comprehensive intake session where we explore your story, strengths, and goals. This first session is designed to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and start building a grounded, collaborative plan for your care. Whether you’re a teen, parent, or adult client, this sets the foundation for meaningful, effective work.

    Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to unpack what’s heavy, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity. I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and life transitions. My style blends relational warmth with evidence-based practices like EMDR, DBT, CBT, and parts work. You'll be met with compassion and real tools for growth.

    Family Therapy

Family therapy supports connection, communication, and healing within your system. Whether you’re navigating conflict, trauma recovery, or parenting challenges, I help families identify patterns, build new skills, and strengthen their relationships. Sessions may include caregivers, teens, children, or the whole family—depending on your goals.

    EMDR Intensives

Eye Motion Desensitization and Reprocessing intensives offer deeper healing in a focused, accelerated format. Ideal for trauma recovery, burnout, or vicarious trauma (including for first responders), these extended sessions allow us to move through material that would normally take months in weekly therapy.
